Yes, it IS going to happen. Finally, a real soccer facility in Polson.
In the spring of 2014, Polson Youth Soccer Association purchased 20 acres located just north of Mission Valley Aquatics. All of the pieces of the puzzle are coming together and we will be breaking ground next week. Can you believe it?
See the aerial view vicinity map to get a better idea of the property location.
Phase I of the project will include 4 full-size soccer fields, warm-up areas, a concession\restroom building, and plenty of parking space. Future phases could include the addition of up to 4 more full-size soccer fields, an indoor facility, or maybe an artificial turf surfaced field. Wait, let’s get Phase I done first. 🙂
Completion is set for spring 2016. As development of the complex progresses, updates will be provided on this page.
See the concept drawing of the Complex Layout.
This complex will be used for the spring and fall programs. In addition, PYSA hopes to host tournaments throughout the year. A 28 team tournament could easily bring 1500 players & fans into Polson for a weekend. This will benefit the Polson community considerably.
Please help us raise the money needed to complete this project.
